Dr. Carter operates out of the Sibley Ambulatory Surgery Center in Washington, D.C., part of Johns Hopkins Surgery at Sibley Memorial Hospital. With access to four state-of-the-art operating rooms located in the same building as her private practice, Dr. Carter ensures streamlined care—a true convenience for cosmetic and reconstructive patients alike. This location also enables us to provide more efficient and responsive care, as we work closely with other departments to ensure a prompt pre- and post-operative diagnostic process. Patients are in excellent hands with the experienced surgery center and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) staff, receiving attentive and expert care throughout their surgical experience.
